What if I accidentally don't check in?
The app sends escalating notifications — push, email, and SMS — as your timer counts down. At 75%, 50%, 25%, and 10% remaining, you'll be reminded. A trusted contact can also be notified before deletion fires. Plus, there's a configurable grace period and a 60-second abort countdown on your desktop before anything gets deleted.
Is my data safe?
Your credentials never leave your machine. They're encrypted by your operating system's built-in security (macOS Keychain / Windows Credential Manager). Our servers only store the timestamp of your last check-in. We can't access your accounts even if we wanted to.
What about my phone? Can it delete iPhone apps?
The deletion engine runs from your desktop computer. It reaches your online accounts (Gmail, Instagram, dating apps, etc.) through your web browser sessions. Some content that exists only on your physical phone — like iMessage texts or your camera roll — is out of reach for any software. We'll show you how to organize your digital life so the important stuff is in places we can protect.
Does my computer need to be on?
Yes. The deletion engine runs from your desktop, so your computer needs to be powered on and connected to the internet for deletion to execute. We recommend keeping your computer plugged in and set to "never sleep." Your local files are already gone if your computer is destroyed — the app handles cloud account cleanup.
What if a platform changes their website?
Our deletion scripts update automatically from the cloud — no app update needed on your end. When a platform makes changes, we push a fix that applies instantly to all users. We run daily tests against every supported platform to catch issues before you ever notice them.
Is this legal?
Yes. You're using browser automation to exercise your existing right to delete your own accounts and data. It's functionally identical to you sitting down and clicking "Delete Account" yourself — just automated. We provide a privacy tool, not a service.
What's a "Founding Member"?
The first 300 customers get lifetime access for a one-time payment of $129. After that, the product moves to annual pricing ($99/year). Founding members keep lifetime access to all v1 features and maintenance updates. New platforms added later may be part of a premium tier.
